Property styling with the right colours, textures and patterns can change a space from average to a shining star. And when we are staging for a property sale, it's critical to create a compelling first impression. This cute 3-bedroom family home up amongst the trees on Sydney's northern beaches was no exception.

Using warm earthy hues to break the cooler tones in the white walls and inject cosiness during a winter property sale campaign; we let the soft and natural hues with a pop of colour​​​ speak for the atmosphere we wanted to create. ​​​​​​​​ To break the blank walls, we added character and interest with large artworks. And ensured these connected to our cushions to provide unity in the colour palette of the space ​​​and help create flow through your space​​​​​​​​.

Adding pattern and texture such as with the coastal stripes, helped to style the space to a coastal lifestyle, as well as being an easy and fun way to liven up a space. We also used linen materials throughout to give that organic, relaxed feel to the space. Not forgetting the outdoor area, we created ​​​a layout that was open and welcoming and relaxing!​​​​​​​​ Comfort is key.​​​​​​​​ There's nothing more inviting than a cosy lounge or comfy chair!​​​​​​​​
